EVENTS

Prowl, Howl, and Growl. This Friday!!! Chili will be provided- bring own utensils. Feel free to bring prepackaged treats to share with the group! Done by 10pm! Winter Fat Ass. January 1 - 2, noon to noon *Group runs. These are struggling. What should we try?? Later start? Poll? Consistency? Choose your own adventure? Promote!! 38 North Fest. This is a group out of Lawrence that promotes outdoor activities in Lawrence. Oct. 29th 7-9pm Parking lot of Carnagie. Who can help?

RACES

Shoreline Shuffle – Donation. HUGE Success- After paying out made around $350. Going to make a $500 donation to House of McCoy – New 501C3. Sanders. November 6th.

Cactus Roulette – Todd, Barrett and Megan to RD and learn to RD. Jan. 29th- Time to get permits!! 6,12,24 hr race with all the options!! Cash prizes. 12 hour part can be an AM or PM option. Dates of races we would be competing with: Jan 8 - Shippey Endurance High Ridge MO, Jan 22 - Davids Trail, Feb 5 - 963 Beulah Wildwood, Feb 12 - Outlaw, Feb 19 - Winter Wyco   2022 SCHEDULE

MEMBERSHIP

Membership Involvement and Communication. Currently 92 members. Jeff automate emails for membership renewals. How should we engage to build back membership? Hawk bday? Anniversary race? Hawk anniversary? Email members survey for a social media spotlight, upcoming races and about them and the hawks?
